We are looking for a Regional Service Manager to oversee our locations on the Western side of the province. As a Regional Service Manager, you will work with Service Business Managers to optimize service operations and maximize return on investment. Responsibilities Support Service Business Managers with operations, budgeting, staffing activities, and identifying efficiencies Connect with service teams to ensure support for daily activities Implement and promote consistent processes and procedures Build relationships across departments Collaborate with suppliers to maximize allowances and warranties Mentor and coach service teams to promote communication and quality standards Travel frequently within the region, focusing on locations needing guidance Analyze financial metrics to meet or exceed goals Support marketing initiatives Requirements 5+ years managing high-performing Service or Branch operations Experience in the agriculture industry Proven leadership, development, and motivation skills Exceptional customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills Results-oriented with a strong work ethic and analytical mindset Positive attitude and empathy Self-aware with high Emotional Intelligence (EQ) Valid drivers license and ability to travel and work flexible hours CONNECT with us today!
