The Project Controller''s duties and responsibilities are: Assist Project Managers in supervising and reporting on project progress, including performance indicators, budgets, and schedules Monitor and control deliverables, resources, scope, costs, changes, and project timelines Plan staffing and project hours, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently for both approved and proposed work Produce and review project control deliverables, status reports, and analyses, and communicate project risks with stakeholders Develop and maintain project budgets, costs, forecasts, and invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely processing Review change requests and baseline adjustments, identifying cost-saving opportunities and ensuring alignment with project goals Support the purchasing process and manage the change management process for equipment procurement This position is on a potash mine site Monday to Thursday 10-hour days. Requirements 3+ years of experience in a similar role, in heavy industry or mining. Advanced Excel skills A bachelor''s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field is an asset Experience with SAP and MS Projects is preferred.
