Job Responsibilities You will join the Global Solutions Delivery team. Your proposed missions revolve around analysis projects and recommendations for the players in the large-scale retail and consumer sectors (retailers/manufacturers). The position is mainly focused on studies and Geomarketing projects, but other types of data science missions (data processing, statistics, development) will also be entrusted to support other Analytics activities. 1- You produce Geomarketing studies Establishment of diagnostics/market potentials, optimization of distribution networks Ad hoc studies, various statistical and exploratory analyses on distribution networks and consumption 2- You work on data science development Creation, automation, industrialization and maintenance of production processes Improvement of processes and Gomarketing models, creation of GIS application, webmapping 3- You carry out projects of various nature and size in Analytics Sizing and coordination Feasibility analysis and program execution/parameterization Internal or external presentations of results Requirements You have a bachelors degree in spatial database processing and computer development (geomatics, geomarketing...) or statistic/data science You benefit from a solid background in the processing and analysis of multi-source data by exploiting the power of GIS You have experience in a research institute, the retail sector, the field of analytics or consumer goods You have the following competencies: Tools and methods You are fluent in office tools (Excel, Access, PowerPoint) You know how to handle at least one GIS (Qgis ideally) You have applied some statistical methods and models You have used your skills in the development language (SAS, VBA, SQL, Python) and in the handling of ETL type solutions Personal Aptitudes Rigorous, you show organization and method in your work and use a proactive, direct, careful communication appropriate to the context and the interlocutors In your work, operational excellence is at the center of your prerogatives You have a strong analytical, synthesizing and popularizing spirit In a constant search for autonomy, you show discernment in your decision-making and propose alternatives while requesting validation You have a strong problem-solving ability and show initiative and creativity You are a team player and enjoy working on projects Foster good working relationships and exchanges within the team as well as with other departments, through curiosity and transparency As well as the technical skills, experience and attributes that are required for the role, our shared behaviors sit at the core of our organization.
