Experience in the hot tub industry is a definite asset, along with skills in plumbing, electrical work, mechanics, and HVAC. Responsibilities Assess, repair, and move hot tubs, including related tasks such as cleaning and organizing the shop and service vehicle. Work with plumbing and electrical systems involved in hot tub repairs. Maintain professionalism in customer service. Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements. Plan layout and installation procedures. Document work through invoices and work orders. Measure and mark guidelines for installations. Prepare and manage work materials and supplies. Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment. Utilize hand and power tools effectively. Compensation Pay depends on experience and will be adjusted over time based on contributions and growth, following a mutually agreed compensation plan. Candidate Qualities Positive attitude and personable nature. Strong mechanical and spatial reasoning skills. Ability to use a multimeter and diagnose electrical systems. Excellent problem-solving skills. Physical fitness to meet job demands and work outdoors in all weather conditions. Willingness to learn and grow, with transparency about mistakes. Respectful attitude towards others. Valid driver''s license, own transportation, and criminal record check. Ability to work overtime and handle physical loads exceeding 45 kg (100 lbs). Own tools and safety equipment, including steel-toed boots and a cellular phone. Personal qualities such as punctuality, dependability, organization, and teamwork.
