Location: Remote in Alberta / Ontario / British Columbia Reports To: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Salary: $80k-95k Position Summary: We are seeking a hands-on Finance Manager to support the CFO in managing the company''s financial operations. The Finance Manager will handle financial reporting, budgeting, treasury, and vendor management, with a focus on operational efficiency and process improvement. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and management reports in accordance with ASPE. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Manage the general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations. Monitor cash flow and support treasury functions. Maintain vendor relationships and oversee procurement processes. Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards. Support year-end audit and tax filings. Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies. Maintain KPI dashboards to support financial and operational decision-making. Support operational leaders with monthly financial reporting and insights to drive performance and accountability. Qualifications: CPA designation or in final stages of completion. 46 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance. Strong understanding of ASPE and financial reporting. Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
