This course covers applied business concepts and practices related to managing and marketing eco and adventure tourism operations. Topics include tourism strategic management, business start-up considerations, product positioning, tourism opportunity studies, consulting, innovative pricing, and product development. QUALIFICATIONS Master''s degree preferred. Five or more years of experience managing adventure tourism businesses. Graduation from an adventure business program is an asset. Classroom and field teaching experience are assets. Product development experience in adventure tourism is an asset.
