Responsibilities: Assist the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations, maintaining culinary excellence. Supervise staff, oversee training, mentoring, ordering, and inventory management. Participate in menu planning and act as a liaison between the Executive Chef and kitchen brigade. Ensure a safe, sanitary, and healthy working environment. Manage staff in the absence of the Executive Chef or fellow Sous Chef. Qualifications: Knowledge of and ability to meet Relais & Chateaux and AAA 4 Diamond standards. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Leadership skills and a team-oriented mindset. Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills. Knowledge of current culinary trends and techniques. Journeyman/Red Seal Certification is an asset. Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role in fine dining. Valid FoodSafe Certification.
