The Opportunity The Analyst provides direct client service support and their focus generally encompasses the following areas: Client Reporting: preparing quarterly investment reporting packages using internal reporting processes. Data Governance: ownership of client documentation, compliance and general firm documentation. Client Accounting: providing support to complete financial statement and tax compliance deadlines. Description of the Role The individual will be primarily responsible for the following: Assisting in compiling client quarterly investment reporting. Managing client documentation (i.e. account openings, Compliance) to ensure proper processes have been followed and filed properly. Completing other ad hoc tax and accounting tasks as required. Executing other ad hoc requests and reporting as required. Skills and Experience Undergraduate degree in Business or Finance 5+ years of bookkeeping and accounting experience. Experience in the investment industry is an asset. Willingness and ability to learn quickly. Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects of varying priority. Ability to maintain accurate records. Above-average organizational skills. Ability to work independently in a timeline-driven environment and to integrate and add value in a team environment.
