Posting ID Job Description CUPE - REPOST Position: Plumber Department: Facilities Services Posting ID Role Level: CUPE9 - $35.525 per hour (plus benefits & paid vacation) Status: Permanent Full-Time Site: Mississauga Hospital (with flexibility to work at other sites) Hours of Work/Shifts: Monday - Friday (including Weekends) / 8.00 AM to 4.00 PM plus on-call Posted: June 3, 2025 Deadline: July 3, 2025 or until filled The location of any vacancy/position may be changed or reassigned as per operational needs Job Description The successful candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance duties throughout the hospital facilities, according to policies, procedures, legislated codes and regulations to support a functional, reliable, safe and comfortable health care environment. Educational Requirements Minimum grade 12 education with current Province of Ontario Skilled Trade license in Plumbing and/or equivalent, with courses in Refrigeration, HVAC, Electricity, Mechanics and CAD/Blue print reading.
