Role Summary: As a MEP Senior Manager, you will Lead all MEP related Matters such as MEP Design Review, MEP Project Management, Construction Management and Testing & Commissioning of MEP Systems Responsibilities: A. Project Management Plan, design, and manage MEP projects from inception to completion Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure MEP systems are integrated seamlessly into overall project plans Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources B. System Design and Implementation Oversee the design and installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems Ensure systems meet industry standards, safety regulations, and project specifications Conduct regular inspections and testing to ensure system functionality and performance Construction Management for the implementation of MEP Systems Installations including Testing & Commissioning of MEP Systems Responsible for responding to RFIs and resolving MEP-related construction issues Lead and manage a team of MEP engineers, technicians, and contractors Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to ensure high-quality work and adherence to project deadlines D. Regulatory Compliance Ensure all MEP activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations, building codes, and safety standards Obtain necessary permits and approvals for MEP installations and modifications Requirements: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field Proven experience as an MEP Manager or in a similar role within the construction or high rise building Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including design, installation, and maintenance Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Familiarity with relevant regulations, building codes, and safety standards Strong leadership and team management abilities Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills At PT Putragaya Wahana, we advocate fair employment practices, and recruit talents based on merit and fit with our Corporate values.
