Monday - Friday 10:00am-6:00pm, alternating Saturday 10:00am-6:00pm (when working Saturday, 1 day off during the week) About the Role: We are a busy practice well established practice looking to hire an experienced Dental Administrator as an addition to our team. The clinic has a modern and relaxing feel. We look forward to reviewing your resume and meeting with you. Responsibilities: Assist in updating and maintaining client dental records and appointments Treatment coordination and scheduling Preparing and sending pre-determinations Following up on outstanding treatment Confirming upcoming appointments Billing, invoicing, taking payments, end of day balance Opening/closing duties, including POS system and ensuring end of day processes are complete Additional duties, as required.
