Job Description

We are seeking an empathetic and highly motivated individual to fill a Representative, Patient and Member Support role. This position plays a critical part in providing exceptional customer service to patients and members within a call center environment. Manage inbound calls, emails, and chats to address inquiries, resolve issues, coordinate queues, and provide information about services. Ensure high customer satisfaction by addressing concerns professionally and efficiently, while occasionally handling crisis situations. Provide clear and articulate explanations of complex concepts to our diverse member base. Solve problems effectively and utilize strong organizational skills to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced work environment. Requirements: Demonstrate exceptional empathy and engage with members & patients, showing genuine understanding of their needs. Exemplify excellent organizational skills, adept at managing multiple competing priorities. Show ability to adapt to new processes and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Bilingual English and French is required. Benefits: Earn $24 per hour. Minimum commitment of 15 hours per week, with the option to work more if desired. Flexible work schedule available.
