Job Overview As a Labourer, you will play a vital role in supporting the efficient operation of our pellet production systems by performing various construction, repair, installation, and maintenance activities. Key to success in this role is ensuring the highest standards of safety and compliance while contributing to continuous improvement and quality control initiatives. Responsibilities: Support construction, repair, installation, and maintenance activities that contribute to Drax''s operational excellence. Operate equipment and tools related to maintenance and rail activities. Ensure safe working practices and adhere to government regulations and corporate policies. Clean areas as assigned and perform other tasks related to plant operations. Assist in safely loading rail cars and complete administrative tasks for shipping. Participate in continuous improvement and quality control initiatives. Operate mobile equipment as assigned and report any incidents or infractions.
