A Day in the Life Assist producers and marketers with servicing commercial accounts Meet client needs and process documentation (Certificates of Insurance, Cover Notes, Renewals, Proposals, Endorsements, In-House Policies, Invoicing, Finance Contracts, Customer Correspondence) Review and verify policy documentation accuracy before forwarding to clients Contact clients for renewal information Handle client calls, answer questions about coverage, and process online quotes Negotiate with insurers on coverage and pricing to meet client needs Update client information as changes occur Respond to account-related questions from clients, lawyers, and banks Provide policy and coverage information upon request Support the floater position with assigned duties What You Will Bring Level 2 Insurance License or willingness to obtain Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency Team-oriented with a minimum of one year commercial insurance experience as an Insurance Advisor Proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Industry designations (CIP, CAIB, CRM, etc.) are assets Salary Expectations The salary range for this position is $45,000.00 to $55,000.00, influenced by skills, experience, location, and specific business line.
