Our client located in New Brunswick have an immediate opening for a Bilingual Maintenance Manager Salary $95-120k based on experience Pulp Mill experience definite assets. Must be Bilingual French & English Responsibilities: Ensure maintenance services are effectively planned, coordinated and delivered on time, while meeting cost and quality standards. Maintain and improve an effective preventative maintenance program for the operations to ensure maximum equipment efficiency and reliability. Develop, implement and maintain maintenance standards and procedures to ensure maximum efficiency and performance of mill equipment. Ensure maintenance and repair budgets are prepared, met, and variances explained, with appropriate action taken as needed. Ensure mechanical areas are manned with a capable workforce by applying succession planning systems, effective coaching processes, accountable leadership practices, and effective training. Take a leading role in developing strategies for technology migration to avoid obsolescence within the context of continuous plant operations.
