For over 30 years, they have supported, and provided complete design solutions for Aerospace, Space, Aviation, Automotive, and Defense organizations. Our partner is seeking aSenior Electrical Engineer In this role you will work across a range of programs, both internally, and at customer sites. Key Responsibilities for theSenior Electrical Engineer: Electrical design, power distribution, power systems, and ensuring the integrity of hardware/software solutions, including (but not limited to): The design of electro-optical systems Schematics Board level engineering Engineering parts and subsystems EEE Component selection Obsolescence updates/product redesigns Ruggedization and packaging EMI troubleshooting EMC design, troubleshooting, and testing Key Skills & Experience for theSenior Electrical Engineer: Bachelor''s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field Electrical Design and Electrical Engineering skills Experience and proficiency in Electricity and Power Distribution Experience and proficiency in Power Systems Experience in certification to relevant standards (e.g., DO-254, DO-160, MIL-STD) Knowledge and experience with CAD tools, including Altium, Allegro/Cadence, Mentor Graphics, KiCad Experience with industry leading tools for hardware/software solutions Ability to work independently and collaboratively The successful candidate must be able to work in Canada and be able to obtain a Canadian Controlled Goods Program Clearance, as well as Reliability Clearance.
