Base pay range CA$65,000.00/yr - CA$85,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Oakdale Consulting Our client, based in Etobicoke, Ontario, is looking for an experienced, results-oriented Sales and Business Development Specialist to drive growth and expand market presence. This is an in-office position. About the Role: Youll be responsible for selling two key offerings: Tax and Accounting Services for High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs), Ultra-HNWIs, and Realtors Proprietary Accounting Software, positioned as a competitive alternative to QuickBooks and similar tools Key Responsibilities: Achieve or exceed sales targets Generate leads, build pipelines, and close deals Develop strategic sales plans to promote services and software Build long-term relationships with HNWIs, UHNIs, Realtors, and other key stakeholders Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to closing Gather client feedback to refine offerings Deliver persuasive presentations and proposals Clearly explain complex tax and accounting solutions Tailor messaging to the needs of high-value clients Use CRM tools and digital marketing strategies to drive outreach Collaborate with marketing to support campaigns Leverage online platforms, webinars, and events for visibility Identify market trends and new opportunities Demonstrate a self-starter mindset with a strong focus on results Thrive in both independent and team-driven environments Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of Canadian experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition, ideally within high-ticket industries, financial services, or software solutions. Demonstrated experience achieving/exceeding sales targets Prior experience selling to high-net-worth clientele, Realtors, or related professional services markets is highly desirable.
