About the Role: As the Performance Marketing Specialist you play a pivotal role in driving Sheet Societys success through innovative performance marketing strategies. Working closely with our Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the execution, optimisation and measurement of our multi-channel digital advertising and performance program that delivers on revenue and business growth targets, through new customer acquisition and customer retention strategies that are delivered in a compelling and on-brand way. About the Team: This role reports to the Senior Performance Marketing Manager, within the Ecommerce & Digital team, and is part of our broader Marketing Department. Key Responsibilities: Paid Advertising Develop and execute comprehensive Paid Social strategies to achieve brand and revenue goals, with a strong focus on ROAS Oversee and optimise paid campaigns across our key Performance Marketing channels including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and Google, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness of campaigns in driving profitability Monitor and analyse campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement Conduct in-depth platform and audience research to drive targeted traffic and conversions Build and implement A/B tests, utilise results and data from tests to inform optimisation approaches and improve ROAS across performance marketing channels Campaign Management Execute end-to-end campaign builds for seasonal and evergreen ads, complete with targeting strategy and budget allocation Support and collaborate with the Marketing team members on monthly channel planning process for each performance marketing channel Support the Creative team with content creation, by providing channel and asset requirements for new product launches and seasonal campaign photo shoots Reporting & Analytics Build and share Paid Social creative dashboards with the rest of the business Analyse and provide actionable insights to drive performance marketing optimisation Support and contribute to weekly Trade Reporting and monthly Campaign Retrospective reporting cadence within the marketing team, and wider Sheet Society business Leadership Live and breathe the Sheet Society values - Good Humans, Driven Dreamers, Authentic Achievers and Support Crew Create a safe and open environment that fosters creativity - allowing for fearless innovation and ideation Build strong cross-functional relationships, both internally and with external agencies, to collaborate and influence key stakeholders About You: You have 3 years of experience in a performance marketing or digital advertising role either in house, or within an agency environment You have hands on experience managing performance marketing channels (Meta and TikTok primarily), you know how to navigate the platforms, use the tools, understand how to maximise results and what content drives performance You have a demonstrated ability to optimise funnels across multiple platforms to achieve results You have strong reporting skills using various digital platforms and analyticsincluding Meta Business Manager and GA4 You are data-savvy, a stickler for details and love a good spreadsheet - youre comfortable with numbers, statistics & analysing large amounts of data to identify trends, optimise campaigns, forecast & make decisions You have extreme attention to detail and are deadline oriented - ensuring channel briefs are clear and team milestones are being met You thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment It''s the nature of Sheet Society to grow and evolve, and as such your role may evolve too.
