Overview The Manager, PMO is responsible for supporting the PMO team with project planning and execution activities to ensure successful delivery of key projects at Wonderbrands. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and track project milestones, risk mitigation measures, and action plans. Assist in project planning with clear objectives, scope, teams, timelines, and templates (action and risk logs). Document project updates, prepare progress reports, and maintain logs. Coordinate with cross-functional teams on status updates and issue resolution. Provide regular updates on milestones and risks to the manager. Identify and develop preliminary risk mitigation plans. Conduct analyses and assessments for projects and programs. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and corrective actions. Consider the impact of technologies, processes, and personnel in planning and execution. Requirements: Post-secondary education in Business or a relevant field. 3+ years of relevant Project Management experience in CPG preferred. Excellent communication and time management skills, with the ability to multitask. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities. Comfortable with travel within Canada and the Greater Toronto Area. Minimum 3 days in the office, with flexibility for additional days based on business needs.
