Quality Control Superintendent, Nairn Centre, Ontario Join Interfors dynamic NairnCentre team, where you will be responsible for driving continuous improvementin product quality, grade recovery, and lumber optimization. This role leads QCstrategy, ensures compliance with grade specifications, and supports productionteams with technical quality expertise. Maximize lumber grade and recovery using optimization systems and analytics. Lead and coach QC staff, providing training and feedback to improve quality standards. Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to resolve quality issues. Define and execute strategic initiatives to enhance product quality and consistency. What You Offer At least 5 years of experience in sawmill, planer, or lumber QC operations. Proficient in lumber grading rules and optimization technologies. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Skilled in quality troubleshooting, data analysis, and performance coaching.
