As a Sales Lead with Keys, its your job to create the best possible customer experience. You stay current in your knowledge of all products, promotions, and marketing initiatives to engage with our customers and respond effectively to their needs. You also communicate the UGG brands sustainability initiatives and social and ethical commitments while sharing your passion for our products. As a Sales Lead with Keys, you operate as part of a dynamic team and cooperate to achieve business goals. Description As a Sales Lead with Keys, you create personalized shopping experiences that foster brand loyalty. You model our Service Training Program, greet customers promptly and courteously, and ensure all customer questions are addressed before they leave. You provide exceptional service from start to finish, including explaining our return policy. You maintain a positive, cheerful attitude and promote the store and brand image in all interactions, including adhering to a dress code. You make yourself available to all customers, including those calling on the phone. Your role extends beyond the sales floor. You operate the cash register, handle money accurately, check inventory daily, and ensure products are stocked and merchandised according to Visual Merchandising standards. You maintain a clean and organized back-stock and employee break area, practice safety, and respond to theft according to policy. You promote a positive work environment by recognizing team members'' performance and maintaining respectfulness. Core Competencies Ensure the highest level of customer service as outlined in our Service Training Program Prioritize and share product knowledge with customers Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management Empower team members through communication and recognition Contribute to team goals and cooperate effectively Multi-task in a fast-paced environment Maintain knowledge of current trends and styles Respond professionally to problems Approach challenges with agility and critical thinking Key Qualifications Two years of retail experience preferred High School Diploma Excellent verbal and written communication skills Motivated team player and self-starter Strong team-building skills Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Additional Requirements Flexible schedule and hours Physical ability to stand for extended periods Proficiency in Microsoft Office Valid drivers license Compensation and Benefits Hourly rate: $17 - $20 in Ontario, CA. Salary in other locations varies based on skills, experience, and education. Benefits include competitive pay, discounts, perks, global contests, and growth opportunities.
