Our client a leading industrial repair services provider with operations throughout North America is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to expand and support their customer base across northwest Ontario. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales rep who excels at building customer relationships, solving problems, and wants a clear path to future leadership. What Youll Do Develop and manage a defined territory by maintaining strong relationships with current customers and generating new business opportunities. Prospect and cold call to identify and secure new accounts. Keep your CRM updated daily and follow a structured outside sales plan. Partner with customers to troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth operations. Oversee open orders and keep customers informed and satisfied. What Were Looking For 23 years of industrial sales experience (experience with automation repairs is a plus). Excellent verbal and written communication skills clear, confident, and professional. Strong solution-selling and problem-solving abilities. Proven track record of identifying key decision-makers and closing business. Organized and proactive with effective time management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
