The Work Youll Do Youll run (and assist on) a variety of defence-side matters, including: Motor vehicle accident (tort and AB) claims Property damage and occupiers liability Subrogation and product liability Municipal and institutional liability Coverage opinions and policy interpretation Youll manage your own caseload while collaborating with senior counsel on larger or more complex matters. What You Bring 3+ years of insurance defence or civil litigation experience Solid drafting, advocacy, and negotiation skills A practical, client-focused approach A collaborative attitude and strong organizational skills Why This Firm?
