We are seeking a candidate experienced in leveraging AI, including Generative AI (GenAI), to enhance engineering productivity, automate repetitive tasks, and optimize workflows. The candidate should demonstrate the ability to integrate AI-driven solutions into daily work processes such as code generation, debugging, reviews, documentation, and decision support to improve team efficiency. A proactive approach to exploring and implementing AI tools that foster innovation and streamline development is highly valued. Position Overview: The Go-To-Market Director will lead strategic planning, execution, and optimization of GTM initiatives across the automotive marketplace, ensuring alignment between product, marketing, sales, and operations to drive customer acquisition, market penetration, and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic GTM Leadership Develop and own GTM strategies for new product launches, enhancements, and market expansion. Translate company-wide objectives into cross-functional GTM roadmaps. Lead product penetration campaigns to accelerate adoption and engagement. Manage customer acquisition programs across channels and segments. 2. Cross-functional Execution Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure feature delivery aligns with GTM milestones and customer needs. Partner with Marketing to define positioning, messaging, content, and campaign strategies. Coordinate with Sales for enablement, pipeline development, and lead conversion. Conduct quarterly sales planning to align activities with targets and revenue goals. 3. Performance Management Define and track GTM success metrics such as product adoption and revenue impact. Use market insights, CRM data, and analytics to improve GTM execution. Provide regular performance updates and strategic recommendations to leadership. Qualifications: Required: 8+ years of experience in GTM strategy, growth, or commercial planning within marketplaces, digital platforms, or automotive tech. Proven success in launching and scaling products or services with measurable outcomes. Experience leading customer acquisition and market penetration campaigns. Deep understanding of sales planning, budgeting, and cross-functional leadership. Preferred: Experience in Automotive Marketplaces industry. Knowledge of subscription, lead generation, or advertising monetization models. MBA or similar advanced degree in business, strategy, or marketing.
