Key Responsibilities: Represent the company and portfolio products to Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNIs), Family Offices, VCs, and Hedge Funds. Design customized product solutions to maximize sales conversions. Achieve revenue and Total Value Locked (TVL) targets for the North American region. Collaborate with the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team to enhance lead generation through your network. Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including investors and partners. Represent the company at industry conferences to foster growth-driving connections. Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions. Qualifications: 5+ years of business development experience, with at least 2 years in the crypto space. Deep knowledge of traditional finance (TradFi) and decentralized finance (DeFi) concepts. Proven track record of attracting capital and forging strategic partnerships within the institutional financial ecosystem. Strong network and ability to engage with high-level stakeholders.
