Johnson & Johnson MedTech Neurovascular Division is seeking a Regional Business Manager for the Northeast region, covering the Northeastern United States. This is a field-based role. Learn more at Manage sales objectives and oversee a team of field-based territory managers, ensuring performance and professional development. Collaborate with sales, training, and marketing teams to equip the sales force with necessary tools and support. Lead with integrity, uphold Credo values, and enforce company policies. Engage with key customers and accounts to promote the product portfolio. Requirements: 4-year degree, preferably in a technical or scientific field. Minimum 7 years of outside sales experience, including medical device sales. Excellent communication skills. Proven ability to meet sales goals in a commission-driven environment. Preferred Qualifications: People management experience. Experience with contracting and sales of physician preference products and disruptive technologies. Experience selling to surgeons in operating rooms or invasive labs, especially neurovascular surgeons. At least 3 years of device management experience and CRM utilization skills. Travel & Location: Field-based; must reside within the region. Up to 75% regional travel; up to 40% overnight travel. Valid drivers license required.
