Job Type: Full-Time Shifts: 6:00 AM 6:00 PM or 6:00 PM 6:00 AM Schedule: 2-2-3 or 4-on/4-off Pay: $23$27/hour Night Shift Premium: +$3.00/hour About the Role Were looking for motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our production and manufacturing team. Responsibilities Operate and monitor production equipment Perform quality checks and inspections Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues Maintain accurate production records Follow all safety protocols and procedures Contribute to process improvement initiatives Collaborate with team members to meet production goals Qualifications Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred Comfortable operating and maintaining machinery Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills High attention to detail and quality Physically able to perform hands-on tasks Excellent communication and teamwork skills Why Join Us?
