Job Description

Down to earth and approachable. You are a well-rounded manager professional. You have experience in management in a service industry. You possess a valid class 5 Drivers License with a satisfactory driving record. You have current Safe Food Handling certificates. You have good knowledge of applicable federal and provincial laws, industry regulations, Occupational Health and Safety and union agreements. You can establish and maintain effective working relationships. You have demonstrated the ability to develop, analyze, interpret financial data; manage budgets and programs. You have knowledge of Microsoft Office and database programs, as well as time management skills. What you will do: Oversee and manage all ACLP departments to ensure site operations follow client contracts, meet client obligations, applicable federal and provincial laws, OH&S regulations, and union agreements where applicable. Ensure that site department budgets are monitored and meet ACLP monthly budgetary expectations. Ensure that all department staffing levels are adequate and maintained within budgetary requirements, reviewing all department work schedules and flight manifests, ensuring coverage is provided where and when necessary. Ensure that discipline is consistent and within established company policy and procedure, including collective bargaining agreements, if applicable. Responsible for providing final approval on time sheets submitted to head office. Accountable to ensure safety functions at the site are consistent and within established company policies and programs.
