Job Description : The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer relationships, and converting inquiries into sales. This role involves proactive outreach, follow-up communication, and leveraging market insights to drive business development. Key Responsibilities : Lead Generation and Conversion Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales. Conduct cold calls to potential customers and set up appointments. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline. Customer Relationship Management Maintain regular follow-ups with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to current customers. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Market Insights and Competitor Analysis Gather and analyze customer feedback to understand market trends and customer needs. Monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities for differentiation. Sales Operations and Reporting Utilize CRM software to track interactions, manage leads, and maintain organized records. Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. ($5000/month) Qualifications : Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a related role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Ability to understand and articulate the benefits of cleaning services. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
