Skills and Experience the Ideal Store Principal Will Have Progressive leadership experience, with the ability to find and develop the best talent to maximize their stores potential. Proven success in business ownership and/or sales management (in a Retail environment would be a plus). Highly guest-centric, with customer and community at the forefront of everything you do. Strong business and financial acumen. Demonstrated passion for winning. Strong planning, time management, problem solving, and communication skills.
