The Sr. Sales Commission Analyst is a subject matter expert supporting the Sales Operations Team by managing sales and business analytics, and assisting with standard business and process requirements for the Sales & Service Operations Group. The role focuses on sales commission management, channel and territory analysis, sales data analytics, and campaign support. Responsibilities include analyzing performance, reporting, and process improvement. Key system knowledge includes Anaplan (or similar commission management tools), Power BI, Excel, and Salesforce. The candidate should be able to analyze data, draw conclusions, and produce polished reports and presentations. Key Areas of Responsibility: Sales Commission and Assignment Management: Manage Anaplan platform, perform system admin duties, maintain data and hierarchy, oversee commission processes, and lead platform enhancements. Channel & Territory Analysis: Prepare reports, provide performance updates, analyze trends, and recommend improvements. Ad-hoc Reporting and Projects: Conduct ad-hoc analysis, support cross-functional projects, and drive process improvements. Leadership: Support sales operations with system and process knowledge, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure team performance. Job Requirements: Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or business administration. Minimum 5 years experience in an analyst role. Experience with Anaplan or similar platforms. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Power BI, Excel, ERP systems, and databases. Minimum 2+ years CRM experience, preferably with Salesforce. Excellent communication skills, ability to prioritize, work under pressure, and work autonomously. Leadership experience is a plus. Whats in it for you...
