Position Overview: Dana SAC Canada Limited is seeking a Sales Technical Support Specialist. This is a hybrid position responsible for all aspects of the customer experience. The individual will gain excellent experience and understanding of the entire sales process by working with outside sales and internal teams to grow existing customers and create new ones while providing supply chain and logistics support. This position requires the ability to follow operations guidelines. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, etc., in an inside sales role. Assist with internal and external activities related to our products, including collecting data from customers to aid in correct product selection. Support customer requests by collaborating with global teams to ensure timely responses (pricing, quotations, follow-up). Enter quotations and sales orders into our ERP system. Build and develop relationships with our customer base. Perform all responsibilities safely, following guidelines and work instructions. Maintain accurate records and a clean, organized work area. Qualifications and Requirements: Experience in the bearing and power-transmission industry. Fluent in English; French speaking is a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills. Experience operating industrial handling equipment (overhead cranes, forklifts, strapping machines). Ability to work independently, multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Education and Experience: High School diploma or equivalent. Basic computer skills and inventory software familiarity. Mechanical inclination. 1-2 years of assembly experience in a manufacturing environment. Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for approximately 95% of the time. Electric forklift license. Work Environment: Office and warehouse settings.
