Position: Customer Service Representative (contract) Location: Ottawa East (on site Monday to Friday) Salary: $23.00 - $25.00 per hourAre you available for a 2-3-month contract and eager to apply your experience in customer service within a small, team-oriented office setting?As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) you are responsible for serving customers in person, via phone, email or online chat. Responsibilities include: - Provide a high standard of service by being prompt to respond to enquiries.- Ensure client complaints are addressed, managed professionally providing a positive resolution.- Update client accounting information.- Create an awareness for industry events, promotions and new products.- Support shipping and warehouse as needed.- Provide general support to the team.Qualifications:- Post-secondary education. - Two years of experience in client service with the ability to work under pressure, demonstrate tact and professionalism.- Proficiency using a variety of software programs, strong keyboarding skills.- Must be able to lift 50 pounds when needed.For more information, please forward resume to Clare White at cwhite@quantum.ca.
