Job Title: Site Superintendent / Project Manager ICI ConstructionLocation: North York, ON (Projects Across the GTA)About the Role:Were hiring for two key roles on our growing team: a Site Superintendent and a Project Manager, both focused on ICI (Industrial, Commercial, Institutional) new build construction projects. The roles are based out of North York, with active projects located across the GTA. If you're a construction leader with a strong background managing full-cycle builds, either in the field or from the office, we want to hear from you.Current and Upcoming Projects:Ground-up commercial and institutional buildsSites located across the Greater Toronto AreaProjects ranging in size from $5M$50MKey Responsibilities (Both Roles):Oversee ICI new build construction projects from start to finishCoordinate trades, subcontractors, consultants, and site teamsEnsure all work complies with contract documents, safety protocols, and timelinesCommunicate regularly with clients, consultants, and internal teamsMaintain documentation, schedules, and progress reportsLead quality control, risk management, and issue resolution onsite or in pre-constructionAdditional Responsibilities:For Site Superintendent:Full-time presence on siteDay-to-day site coordination, safety enforcement, and trade supervisionFor Project Manager:Office-based with site visitsOversee procurement, budgeting, permits, and consultant coordinationQualifications:5+ years of experience in ICI construction (Superintendent or PM capacity)3+ years of experience working with Ontario Building CodeProven track record managing ground-up commercial or institutional buildsStrong understanding of construction drawings, specs, and building codesExcellent communication, scheduling, and leadership skillsValid drivers license and ability to travel to project sites across the GTAWhy Apply:Active pipeline of new build projectsEstablished builder with long-term growth opportunityCompetitive compensation based on experience and roleApply TodayWhether your strength is boots-on-the-ground execution or project leadership from the office, were hiring for both.
