Collaborate Across the Business : Work closely with digital, operations, and content teams to ensure loyalty is woven into every part of the Cineplex experience. Elevate CineClub : Evolve our flagship membership program into an irresistible entertainment program that surprises, delights, and retains customers at scale. What You Bring 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in loyalty marketing, CRM, and customer analytics, preferably in subscription-based or membership-driven businesses. Proven track record of turning insights into outcomes in complex, multi-brand environments. 5+ years of hands-on experience with leading MarTech platforms (ideally Adobe) and data-driven campaign execution. Deep understanding of segmentation, personalization, and lifetime value models at scale. Executive presence and influenceyou can rally key contributors across business units and deliver presentations confidently to the C-suite. Background in entertainment, telecom, banking, or consumer tech industries is a strong asset. A passion for customers, content, and dataand the ability to lead with both heart and metrics.
