Job Role Summary: As a Warehouse Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the organization and inventory levels of the warehouse. This includes receiving and processing merchandise, ensuring stock replenishment, and providing excellent customer service by keeping customers informed about new sales and promotions. Additionally, you will maintain product knowledge and assist with receiving and processing merchandise in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to operate pallet jack and other warehouse equipment.
