I have one drain that is clogged on an eavestrough downspout as soon as possible. I did view with a camera, the whole trough is mostly clear, I'm guessing a few leaves or something is clogging the downspout drain. You'll need an extension ladder to get there, about 20 feet up. Easy $50 for 5 minutes work.
