Twin Valley Farms is looking for help in the upcoming harvest season and possibly year round. We are a family run grain farm near Vulcan, who grows a variety of crops. Key Responsibilities Assist with day-to-day farm operations, including planting, harvesting, trucking and maintenance tasks. Operate and maintain farm equipment and machinery. Perform basic repairs and troubleshooting of equipment when needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the farm premises. Help with irrigation and fertilization processes. Experience operating and maintaining farm equipment (e.g., tractors, harvesters). Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labour in various weather conditions. Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges. Basic mechanical knowledge Knowledge of farming practices. Valid drivers license may be required depending on the farm operations. Class 1 is preferred, but not necessary. What We Offer Competitive hourly wage (rate will depend on experience).
