A farming equipment dealership focusing on the dairy industry located in Mid-Western Ontario is hiring a Sales Consultant to join their team. Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Consultant is responsible for all capital and aftermarket sales for a group of customers in your terrirtory for the dairy equipment business. RESPONSIBILITIES: Actively promote and develop brand and suppliers Identify new sales leads and new markets for products and services Proactively grow client base taking ownership of your territory Provide feedback to improve marketing, solutions & service offerings Provide leadership working with clients and staff to ensure customer satisfaction Continuously seek customer feedback and ensure proper follow up Represent the company in a professional, positive and pleasant manner DESIRED PROFILE: Understanding of the Dairy industry with ability to provide solutions to customers Outgoing personality with passion for customer service Technical understanding of dairy equipment is preferred Diploma in Agriculture, Marketing, Animal Science or relevant education Ability to travel within territory Strong communication skills written and verbal De Lacy Executive Recruitment offers professional recruitment services for employers and candidates in Agriculture and Food & Beverage Processing.
