This is a pivotal leadership role focused on delivering high quality heavy equipment components. Responsibilities Manage and evaluate entire production process Contribute to production planning and budgeting Manage and optimize production schedules, resource planning, and workflow to meet targets Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, and Project teams to ensure seamless operations Monitor performance metrics, initiate continuous improvement initiatives, and resolve bottlenecks Lead, mentor, and support supervisors and production staff across multiple shifts Oversee inventory management and collaborate with vendors to maintain optimal material flow and cost-efficiency Drive process enhancements, including automation or equipment upgrades, to increase productivity and reduce waste.
