Director of Engineering - DoubleTree Ontario (Finance) The Property Operations Director is responsible for overseeing the functionality and safety of the hotel facility to ensure the well-being of guests and team members, as well as delivering excellent guest service and financial performance. What will I be doing? As Property Operations Director, your responsibilities include: Managing the safety and functionality of physical buildings, mechanical, electrical, heating and cooling, life safety systems, and grounds, in compliance with regulations. Conducting facility inspections. Overseeing routine maintenance and repairs, documenting activities, and managing energy conservation and preventive maintenance programs. Leading capital projects and property renovations, including scheduling, budgeting, and contractor bidding. Managing daily operations such as guest service standards, product quality, inventory, cost controls, system management, budgeting, and compliance. Developing team members through supervision, training, evaluations, and recognition. Recruiting and interviewing potential team members. The annual salary range is $115,000 - $125,000, depending on experience and location. What are we looking for?
