Job Title

As a member of our team, your duties will include, but are not limited to: Coordinate and perform on-site window, guard rail systems, and membrane testing for new construction and existing buildings; Review and stay up-to-date with testing standards and procedures; Assist the team in preparing test reports; Maintain records of testing equipment inventory, and coordinate scheduled maintenance and calibration as required; Provide daily updates on the ongoing testing schedule for all projects; Gather, analyze, and report meaningful performance data for various investigations; Drive to various site locations using own or company vehicle; Participate actively in and support continuous improvement initiatives; Assist the concrete lab with reporting or supplemental site testing and reviews as needed. QUALIFICATIONS Post-secondary education in a related field such as Building / Construction Technology or a construction-related discipline; Experience with field or lab testing of window and railing systems is an asset; Health & Safety training in construction projects is an asset; Strong verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills; Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills; Valid drivers license and access to a vehicle with valid registration and insurance, as field work is required; Ability to lift/move heavy equipment; Ability to work independently without supervision.
