Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Experience Strategist with 8 to 12 years of expertise in Experience Design and Design System Management. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in Figma Adobe XD and UI Design Patterns with a focus on Cards and Payments. This hybrid role requires a creative individual who can drive impactful design solutions and enhance user experiences. Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of innovative experience design strategies to enhance user engagement and satisfaction. Oversee the creation and management of comprehensive design systems that align with company standards and user needs. Provide expertise in Figma and Adobe XD to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions meet business objectives and user expectations. Conduct heuristic reviews to identify usability issues and recommend improvements. Develop responsive web designs that ensure seamless user experiences across devices. Utilize visual design elements and fundamentals to create cohesive and impactful branding. Drive creative design initiatives for websites and apps ensuring alignment with company goals. Apply UI design patterns to create consistent and user-friendly interfaces. Engage in visual branding efforts to strengthen the companys market presence. Perform creative design tasks using Adobe Photoshop to enhance visual appeal. Ensure all design solutions are optimized for the Cards and Payments domain. Contribute to the companys purpose by delivering design solutions that positively impact society. Qualifications Must have strong experience in Experience Design POV and Design System Management. Proficiency in Figma Adobe XD and UI Design Patterns is essential. Expertise in Responsive Web Design and Visual Design Elements is required. Experience in Visual Branding and Heuristic Review is a must. Familiarity with Creative Design for Websites and Apps is necessary. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop is mandatory. Domain experience in Cards and Payments is required.
