Operations Manager Job Description This role requires a highly skilled and dedicated individual who can take on the responsibilities of an Operations Manager. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for protecting company assets and minimizing losses through effective execution of loss prevention policies and procedures in store. The successful candidate will assist the store management team in instilling company values and customer promises within the team and in the store.
