The ideal candidate will have over 8+ years of SAP experience, leading implementation projects, managing production support, and collaborating across technical and functional teams to ensure seamless SAP operations.Qualifications & Skills Required:8+ years of experience in SAP across project management, techno-functional roles, and production support.Strong expertise in SAP modules, integration, and customization.Proven track record in leading SAP implementations, upgrades, and migrations.Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in SAP production support.Experience managing stakeholders and driving cross-functional collaboration.Excellent communication and leadership abilities.SAP certifications (preferred but not mandatory)Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage SAP projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.Oversee SAP production support operations, proactively resolving issues and ensuring system stability.Act as a bridge between functional and technical teams, translating business needs into efficient SAP solutions.Develop project plans, risk assessments, and stakeholder communication strategies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize SAP processes and system performance.Provide guidance on SAP best practices, upgrades, and enhancements.Experience with Mergers and Acquisitions project preferredSAP OTC, SD experience preferred.Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in SAP implementations.
