JOB DESCRIPTIONInsight Global is looking for a Collections Analyst for a 4 month contract. This is a remote opportunity. A successful candidate will be reporting into the Credit Supervisor, and will be responsible for collecting payments from commercial customers. Intermediate level collections experience, outbound calling experience and an individual who can pick up tasks quickly is a necessity for the success of this role!REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE- 4+ years of credit/collections experience within a Commercial and/or Retail environment- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel (Pivot Tables and Vlookups)- Working experience in large ERP systems (preferably JDE)- Accounts receivable and/or reconciliation experience- Outbound calling experience- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and an ability to approach situations with an open mindsetNICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE- Bilingual
