You are the lead photographers right hand person, someone who brings calm to chaos, keeps things flowing, and supports the couple in having the most stress-free, joy-filled day ever. Think of yourself as part schedule-keeper, part behind-the-scenes content wizard, part emergency kit, and part warm, reassuring presence.What You'll Be Doing:Keep us on track: Print and carry the wedding schedule, help our photographers manage the flow of the day, ensuring our photographer/videographer team stays on schedule. ensuring everything is communicated via radio/walkie talkie.Capture behind-the-scenes gold: Record lots of iPhone content and posting on @rayisweddings stories: funny moments, micd-up footage, sweet behind-the-scenes glimpses. Youll be our go-to content personTake care of our couple: Be ready with water, fans, bobby pins, safety pins, Vaseline, hair ties, whatever the bride or groom might need. Youre the calm, prepared, thoughtful presence in their dayBe creative on the fly: Whether its helping pose a group, adjusting a veil, or suggesting a fun reel idea, your energy and eye for detail will help elevate the dayYoud Be a Great Fit If You:Live in Toronto, and willing to commute primarily within GTA & Toronto, rarely to Hamilton or Ottawa (required)Own a vehicle and can drive to/from venues (required)Own a iPhone 12 above (required)Are enthusiastic, approachable, and professional under pressureHave strong people skills: especially around nervous brides or high-energy wedding partiesAre creative, resourceful, and tech-savvy with an eye for good social contentBonus Points If You:Have previous wedding or event experienceAre organized and easygoingHave a keen eye in posting LOTS of Instagram stories in real time during events!How to Apply:Send us quick intro about yourself, your immediate availabilities, and any relevant experience (even if its just being the MVP at your friends wedding) to .
