Recognized as one of Canadas most unique and sought-after hotel and culinary destinations, they deliver unforgettable guest experiences through immersive design, exceptional service, and menus crafted entirely from scratch, rooted in local, seasonal ingredients.They are seeking an inspiring, progressive General Manager to lead one of their flagship properties overseeing Hotel Operations, Food & Beverage, and Property Management. This is a rare opportunity to shape a multidisciplinary team, elevate guest experiences, and embed a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and operational excellence.DescriptionProvide visionary leadership across hotel, food & beverage, and facilities operations, ensuring an integrated, guest-centric approach.Manage all property financials, including expense controls, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue optimization.Lead strategies to maximize occupancy, ADR, and F&B performance, leveraging yield management, promotional offers, and targeted packages.Champion service excellence by establishing and reinforcing SOPs, training programs, and cross-selling initiatives across all guest touchpoints.Oversee digital and online presence, ensuring content accuracy across brand and third-party channels; monitor competitive positioning and guest sentiment.Collaborate with the Hotel Manager to identify value-add concierge services and guest experience innovations.Build and maintain robust special events and corporate business pipelines to drive revenue.Conduct regular property audits with the Facilities Manager, proactively addressing maintenance, aesthetics, and safety priorities.Partner with corporate HR to drive initiatives in talent retention, leadership development, and brand ambassadorship.Create a culture of continuous improvement, open feedback, and shared accountability for guest satisfaction and team success.RequirementsMinimum 710 years of progressive leadership experience in hotel, lifestyle, or hospitality management, ideally with multi-outlet or multi-disciplinary oversight.Proven track record of managing both rooms and F&B operations, including financial planning, labour management, and cost control.Demonstrated success in revenue management, sales activation, and driving measurable business outcomes.Strong understanding of digital platforms, OTA channels, and reputation management.Inspirational leadership style with a passion for mentorship, team development, and building inclusive workplace cultures.Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; adept at navigating both guest-facing challenges and back-of-house operations.A passion for local culture, culinary craftsmanship, and delivering meaningful guest connections.Corporate CultureCompetitive salary and performance-based bonus program.Comprehensive health and dental benefits.Generous vacation time and personal wellness days.Staff dining privileges and discounts across F&B outlets.Opportunities for professional development, training, and leadership coaching.Access to exclusive events, cultural collaborations, and hospitality experiences.A collaborative, creative environment that values innovation, diversity, and individuality.This is more than just a hospitality leadership role its a chance to steward one of Torontos most celebrated cultural destinations.
