The Distribution Department is seeking a District Sales Associate. Reporting to the Manager, the successful candidate will primarily support sales teams (including District Vice Presidents and Business Development Managers). Responsibilities Provide operational support with a focus on detail and time management, including territory calendar management, expense and budget oversight, event planning, and CRM database maintenance. Develop and implement a business plan in collaboration with the District Vice-President and Business Development Manager for your assigned territory. Facilitate weekly team meetings to ensure efficient territory management and process implementation. Explore new business opportunities through proactive sales calls with existing investment advisors and strengthen client relationships. Ensure adherence to internal compliance regulations and sales practices under NI 81-105 as the team compliance coordinator. Qualifications Bilingual in English and Cantonese or Mandarin is mandatory. Post-secondary qualification or equivalent industry experience. Motivated, energetic, with strong verbal and written communication skills; open to new ideas and results-oriented. Interest in capital markets and the fund industry. Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and in teams. Completion of financial services industry courses (e.g., CSC, IFIC, CFA, CFP, CIM) is an asset but not required.
