GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Maintain and keep all plant equipment operational Troubleshoot and repair all to maintain productivity on a day-to-day basis Must possess documented Mill Wright training Maintain and monitor proper safe operations of all equipment Cycle start buttons Emergency stop buttons Light curtains Lock out procedures Maintain safe working habits O.H.S.A. W.H.M.I.S. Safety glasses Safety shoes Proper lockout procedures Use of proper safety harnesses or safety chains when using any lifting devices Maintain all equipment through preventative maintenance procedures to ensure safety, quality in productivity, and reliability Reporting all day-to-day activities to supervisor Daily log sheet Preventative maintenance activities Updating all related documentation Ensure good housekeeping is kept up on the plant floor, maintenance area, maintenance equipment & machinery, and all other areas that you work in must be cleaned when you are finished POSITION REQUIREMENTS Must possess Mill Wright trade certification Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Fulfill all IATF16949/ISO14001 procedure/work instruction training Disclaimer This job description indicates the general nature and level of work expected of the incumbent.
